To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自初在雜誌見過溫野菜降落香港的海港城後,又多了一間正宗日本本地老店,雖然看過後覺得吸引,但開了個多月還是沒有機會一試,歸根究底,我實在太怕排隊了。朋友說,一月中旬來過排了一個鐘,我是有點怕的,雖然想食,但係還是不得要領,這間餐廳就放在我的口袋有一個月的時間了。寒風的凜冽下,接近八點鐘的夜晚,碰巧有朋友說在這裡打邊爐,竟然還有位置,雖然有些可能冇咁熟悉的朋友,但係一人一鍋,講真,又有乜所謂,也是獨自快樂享受自己個鍋,那麼唔過黎又點對得住自己。餐廳就係LCX入面,老實說,就算排隊都唔驚,因為大把對方行街,排幾耐都唔驚。餐廳以啡色為主調,簡潔整體性好日本feel,仲有大大海景,餐廳還有好多display,每隻唔同嘅牛同菜都有樣睇,完全好日本餐廳格局。係多個獨自快樂餐中,我好貪心選了那個豪華絢爛餐,食物最多,名又靚過人,完全不用想。前菜選了味付鵪鶉蛋,唔知點解個feel令我想起茶葉蛋,不過鵪鶉蛋鹹鹹地幾開胃,又唔會食飽人。選個湯先,壽喜湯,豆乳湯,咖哩湯,鰹魚湯,昆布湯,麻辣湯,柚子湯,蕃茄湯,藥膳湯等等,朋友話藥膳湯最出色,12種藥膳有蓮子,花椒,金針,杞子,草果,紅棗等等,聽都知似小肥羊f

松葉蟹腳都有得食又係另一驚喜,雖然都好易食,但係牛肉同菜都咁正,相對我冇咁熱愛食蟹腳。

主角出場,呢個餐總共有四款肉,佐賀a5黑毛和牛肉眼,美國上級牛肋肉,熊本豚腩肉,還有澳洲M9和牛肩脊肉,四種各有所長,當中最喜歡佐賀a5黑毛和牛肉眼,那個和牛味很濃,澳洲M9和牛肩脊肉就較有咬口,熊本豚腩肉豬味都很出色,最普通就係美國上級牛肋肉,係好typical 嘅美國牛肉feel。

豪華絢爛餐包的野菜五品盛樣樣精美,生菜蔥花金菇各有所長,總之係菜都鐘意,老土啲講,真係鮮甜過平時食個啲好多,突然覺得日本人真係好幸福。

沒有了福袋年糕,好可憐,聽說呢個係check in item,可惜我太遲來到了,結果鍋物就俾左淮山卷同蔥竹輪卷,兩種夾雜我個藥膳湯出奇地夾,淮山卷同蔥竹輪卷都各自有種獨特的幽香味,配合湯底感覺更特別,雖然沒有福袋年糕,但這個淮山卷都幾有驚喜。

這裡以菜命名,廚房的外圍還有咁多的菜可以讓你選擇,又怎能不試試呢度所有自日本入口的野菜,野菜三品盛,水菜,舞茸菇,金菇,三種都非常好食,新鮮絕對值得你再encore。

再飲一口湯,出面得幾多度都唔會驚,呢個湯真係一流,可以話黎自日本嘅小肥牛。

朋友說紅豆雪糕夾餅都幾好食,於是便點多一個,味道不錯之餘,又靚又精美,如果食唔飽,絕對可以叫多個試下。
