To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次我黎到iSquare嘅上海婆婆,佢係做緊半自助餐嘅形式,首先係可以揀要雞定係酸菜魚。而我哋就揀咗酸菜魚做主菜。 酸菜魚佢嘅魚身都係比較滑同彈牙嘅。酸味係夠嘅但就唔夠辣。而我最期待嘅就係有任食嘅小龍蝦,佢呢個係麻辣味。呢個小龍蝦真係相當嘢味同埋真係夠晒辣,令到人哋忍唔住食完再食。黑松露小籠包都唔錯,黑松露未到夠重,加埋小籠包肉汁鮮嫩,真係絕配。至於甜品方面,我會比較鍾意食酒釀丸子同埋冰粉。酒釀丸子食完個肚暖粒粒,至於冰粉就好解辣。
