之前幾年已食過幾次澳門丸記清湯腩王,啲腩又鞋又柴皮,唔明咁嘅質素都可以叫清湯腩王?但有朋友同我講佢哋嘅海南鷄飯幾好食,咁又俾多次機會啦,見到店內好多食客都食緊海南雞飯,咁我又叫啦,原來有跟碗蘿蔔湯,碗湯夠熱但蘿蔔不夠熱,好明顯是另外放入湯中的,湯鹹鹹地,蘿蔔算夠甜無渣;海南鷄飯,先食一啖油飯,油飯算粒粒分明,夠香又不太濃味,雞肉嫩滑,鷄皮夠厚又沒有太多肥膏,點埋個泰式辣汁,真的是不錯,另雖然我喜歡食薑蓉配白飯,但配油飯又好似多咗少少,因為已經好夠味。原來跟餐叫凍飲只加$3,而飲品當然繼續點較早前從網上得知「甜飲全球每年殺18萬人,凍檸茶是兇手之一」成日害人不淺嘅兇手凍「檸茶」,我當然唔怕死,今次呢杯飲料夠,合格!清湯腩王,不如改名做海南鷄王?
