To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每日午餐最煩就係要諗食啲乜好,諗咗好耐,先諗起屋企附近開咗間餐廳一直都未去食,記得係食韓式野嘅,我又唔太抗拒食韓國食物,就去咗屋企附近間新開嘅韓式餐廳食午餐。去到餐廳,睇完Menu唔知點解覺得啲嘢唔係咁啱食,最後決定叫咗個豬骨湯煙肉讚岐烏冬。湯底偏鹹,唔太濃嘅豬骨味,而煙肉都比較乾身,有少少失望。不過個半隻糖心蛋都做得幾好食。每個set lunch都會跟一份泡菜做小食,係咪因為要符合返佢韓式餐廳嘅主題呢?
