To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週未來吃午飯,現場雖然好多客人,但係基本上都唔使等位,一入去就有個單人位坐下。侍應人手好足夠,一坐下就有人招呼。叫左個茶餐廳推介的至尊炒飯:海皇醬櫻花蝦炒飯。材料都算豐富,有蝦3小隻,魷魚約5條,櫻花蝦10多隻,少量魚塊,蛋炒飯。可惜,魷魚和蝦的雪藏味比較明顯,魷魚咬落有渣。海皇醬炒得不夠均勻,有部份飯太咸,有部份飯無味。炒得不夠鑊氣,個飯比較濕,不夠乾身。基本上份量非常足,相信都夠一位男士享用。飲品另計。

基本上份量非常足,相信都夠一位男士享用。
