To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五那天,六點已覺得肚餓了,四周也沒有甚麼好食的店,竟然走入了我最不愛的茶餐廳,都是因為省得想。銀龍在荃灣有很多分店,價格也比一般的茶餐廳貴,連凍飲也要加$3,自然覺得有些期望。下午茶餐到7點,好,就來兩客。男友的是肉丁出前一丁+炸豬扒+熱奶茶($28)。出前一丁煮得不腍,加上五香肉丁,因為平凡,所以味美。最愛豬扒配上沙拉醬,yummy!我點了焗海鮮意粉+凍檸茶($26+$3)。凍檸茶不太甜而且有茶味,蠻好的。海鮮意粉焗得不香,汁少,乾爭爭。海鮮很多,但都是淡而無味的。最最不可原諒的是有一隻小昆蟲!我立即不食了!覺得很嘔心呀……真的不可饒恕!
