To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在中上環區有一間慢煮及特色流心牛角包很出色的西餐廳，餐廳名為「Fast Gourmet 」，每次來訪都是為了流心牛角包而來。今次與好友再品嚐「 龍蝦湯牛角包」，我超愛牛角包，而且以法式龍蝦湯混合了牛角包內，很有牛油香，極滋好味。「 慢煮雞肉流心蛋凱撒沙律」，雞肉嫩腍，加流心蛋汁混合在沙律菜上，清爽又健康。「 西班牙黑毛豬腩及黑毛豬頸肉配蘋果南瓜蓉」慢煮五花腩，採用了產地來自西班牙的豬肉，五花腩肉質超嫩，入口油脂滿滿，好juice 。「肉桂蘋果牛角包」 餡料是蘋果蓉微酸甜，加上外套是牛角包，更香酥脆口。飲品點了「 cappuccino」及「 dirty」，咖啡味香濃，入口順喉，味道都不錯。
