To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日收工約左朋友係銅鑼灣行街,行到咁上下攰攰地就去食嘢,估唔到銅鑼灣有永年士多既分店,永年士多係元朗有三十多年歷史,係一個家傳戶曉既食店,根本上無人唔識☺️我地毫不猶豫就入去食番餐好既💕店內環境非常乾淨,裝修優美,未食就已經先加分🤭因為行街太攰,忍唔住嗌多左幾樣餸😂我最推介既係牛筋同流心蛋。真係無諗過呢到既流心蛋比得上專吃日本菜地方,一咬即流出半熟既蛋黃,超級好味👍🏻而牛筋非常入味,并且易咬,但又不失煙韌口感,正呀✔️當然唔少得韮菜豬紅啦❤️呢碟真係一定要叫,啲豬紅完全吸到哂湯汁,超級入味,仲有質感爽口,食過絕對番尋味🤣鋪頭好細心咁可以比大家選擇要不辣/小/中/大辣,照顧不同喜好既客人👏🏻除左呢d餸,我仲叫左·炸魚皮·豬皮 ·貢丸 ,全部都幾好食架!另外店內有不少其他食店無既飲品,而我就叫左紅豆奶茶特飲,香港2大有名的飲料放埋一起,估唔到可以擦出新火花,變成一杯永年獨有既fushion特飲!有茶香同時又有紅豆既甜,令杯飲品有番啲口感,味道唔會咁單調~
