禁聚令同防疫措施令到近排好少出街食飯,唯有外賣和喺自己屋企煮,但係又要返工又要煮嘢食真係幾煩,有時簡簡單單斬個燒味加了就好容易一餐,未試過呢間,應該係新開。就斬啲料返屋企試吓。買咗半隻豉油雞和燒鵝叉燒雙拼,除了賣相靚仔之外,最重要是溫度因為你會感覺到燒味(除左隻雞)是有餘溫的,吃的時間更加是津津有味。雞就很嫩滑,而且豉油汁十分入味,不會很生,因為有時其他燒味店會見到有啲血水很利害。燒鵝亦己有水準,而且不會有很多骨,都有很多胸位,啖啖肉。但今次最喜愛的就是叉燒,真係好叉燒啊,肥瘦剛剛好,香濃嘅蜜汁剛剛黐住叉燒,咬下不會死實實,又不會一口油。下次要來試一試燒腩仔,會唔會有又是好好味呢?
