有次walk in想食但話fully book冇位食唔到,今次有book位,但冇諗過串燒好難整得唔好食,呢間野居然將難食推到極致⋯⋯自問食野真心求其,不過今晚真係食唔落⋯首先我地落左單都唔夠5分鐘就已經上菜,仲要上得超級快,唔洗10分鐘已經放滿我地張枱(叫左廿幾樣,包括扇貝鮑魚要燒得耐既野),出得咁快但啲野食居然唔熱,只係微暖,好懷疑佢係一早燒定,再翻熱出菜。大部分野食都係over cooked 好燶有苦澀味再加極咸,安格斯牛燒到硬到咬唔到,牛舌直情硬到用叉都插唔入。雞泡魚干又係咬唔到既,就連最難唔好食既蒜蓉雜菌,啲蒜係燶左變味而搞到好難食。個廚師簡直係浪費食材⋯⋯其次係啲服務,成間野眼見有3個樓面,兩女一男,兩個女既各自各玩自己個電話唔做野,得個男仔做,隔離枱漏左單個男仔去問個女仔,女仔完全當聽唔到冇理過,男既無奈自己去改單。今次真係中大伏,永遠black list 唔會再食。平時覺得斷人衣食好衰所以唔會俾劣評,但呢啲廚師浪費啲食材同埋又唔抵食,唔想再有更多人中伏⋯🤢🤢🤢🤢
