「日山」東京首間分店係1935年由有百年歷史嘅日本和牛鑑定「日山畜產」開嘅,仲連續十年攞到東京米其林一🌟!之前分享過海港城店,連壽喜燒醬汁都係東京空運過來,今年年初日山喺灣仔再新開分店,約埋朋友再嚟試下!今次揀咗幾個唔同嘅set menu,前菜、溫物、壽司,再到壽喜燒,真係種類多到眼花撩亂!我印象最深刻係前菜嘅脆炸和牛薯球,口感輕盈又豐富,牛脂香味十足,真係好正!仲有鵝肝A5和牛壽司同海膽A5和牛散壽司都是我嘅最愛♥️!set入面試咗A5和牛肉眼同西冷,肉眼口感更加綿軟,脂肪比例幾近完美;西冷就稍微韌啲,但都好好味,用「入口即溶」形容都唔為過,幸福!🧑‍🍳師傅喺席前燒嘅儀式感完全還原咗傳統壽喜燒嘅做法🪭,而且日式榻榻米古董房都係還原東京本店,唔使飛去東京就可以食到地道sukiyaki,真係超幸福!
