To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不倫不類的意大利風格, 但sell英國食物!

對費公司有些意見，奧海城的分店，食物同咖啡都低於普通水準，前日點了份烤雞set lunch，　如果只看食物擺設是可以的，但一入口，肉非常＂鞋＂，儘管有其他配料配搭,但完全唔入味, 另外, 用了過多橄欖油,除了油之外,基本上吃不出什麼味道 到了咖啡, 我要求奶另上, 因為喜歡認真嘗試咖啡豆的味道, 可惜, 一看就知沒水準,我懷疑是BREWED COFFEE, 因為即磨的會有一抹油脂, 如果有水準的, 那油脂可以很久才散去, 之後問服務員, 她好快的說出了咖啡豆的名字, 並說是即磨的, 她似乎以為我想要LATTE的質感,禮貌的問需要另多加點奶, 但這不是我想要的東西 再看你們的品牌是意大利風格...但一直推介英式食品,由其all day breakfast, 咁即是FUSION? 當食客不懂吃? 只是影相呃LIKE客? 抱歉, 你們只是售賣M記水準的咖啡, 完全稱不上真正的意大咖啡...至於你們的marketing技巧也誠意欠奉, 要鬥多LIKE 才會有一杯免費咖啡? 如果想自抬身價, 不如不做優惠, 真心沖調咖啡, 不只是玩弄拉花技巧, 拉得再好,也不等如質素好, 我們已幫襯次那分店,

Other Info. : 如果是sell英式食品, 其實habitu很成功,因為傳統英國菜真的好難吃
