To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚(24/2)太座與閨蜜新年飯敍,在OpenRice 找到這間淮楊菜餐廳,儘管試試。訂位時接待要求我們八時還枱,但餐廳要六時正才開始營業,即是用饍時間不多於兩小時,可能只有香港的餐廳(非放題)才會如此普遍地限制離座時間😪。我們點了黑松露煙燻蛋(味道多層次,煙燻味濃,上菜有心思👍👍👍👍)、脆鱔(一般)、酒糟肚尖(幾入味👍👍)、東坡千層塔(竟然最好味係裡面的梅菜👍👍)、回鍋肉(只是上海客飯水準)、小籠包(一般)、炒萵筍絲及楊州炒飯(兩者皆水準之作👍👍👍👍)、甜品是高力香芋雪糕(有特色👍)及高力豆沙香蕉(不俗👍👍👍),我較喜歡後者。總括來說,食物不俗,服務亦很好;可是以這個價錢的餐廳,座位要算是擠迫了一點。
