喺佐敦上堂都上咗成個月,係要臨尾先扚起心肝,排隊等位試吓呢個卡邦尼意粉,睇吓佢有幾天花板。呢個卡邦尼意粉($138)用傳統方法,冇用忌廉,而用蛋汁和Parmesan cheese製成,附有風乾豬頰肉和洋蔥。味道不算太濃郁但夠味,每口吃到蛋香味,意粉al dente,份量剛好不會太膩,Feel到係用心製作。但如果要排隊超過半個鐘,就唔係好建議啦。話晒都係Cafe,所以叫做杯生薑鮮奶咖啡($45)。因為趕時間,所以我叫餐廳用咗外賣杯載住。我覺得呢杯幾好飲,奶味咖啡薑汁味都飲到,啲咖啡味都仲幾濃幾香添。飲品可以再encore,買走飲就唔使排隊等位。
