To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大中華是一間很多人認識的菜館...我本人也去過很多很多次....亦一路保持到以往的水準....我所講的不一樣,是它們有一些特別的棻式....例如...當晚師父親手即場用人手(燒乳豬),人數多的枱一定會有(鐵板黑椒豬手),(冰鎮鮮鮑魚)....但我今天只得兩人,所以order了,,,(清蒸花甲)好甜好鮮味,(鐵板黑椒牛柳粒)個黑椒汁應該用了洋蔥,燈籠椒煮成,好豐富的一個醬汁,好香,(金針雲耳蒸雞)除了金針,雲耳之外,還加了大量己子,(臘味煲仔炒飯)連最底部的飯一起撈,所以好脆口,(上湯棻心苗)話明上湯,當然甜啦!....(樣樣都好食)PS.我今天6:50PM到,所以不用等位..
