今日來到灣仔汕頭街睇睇有咩食,發現Spring Field,代替了以前的Cats' Eye?但門外仍然掛著眼之眼的紅布,細問之下才發現,原來他們是同一個老闆,難怪掛著一樣的紅布。店中以牛肉粉為主,價錢大約$73 - $118不等。點餐時可選擇紫洋蔥、青蔥、芫荽,甚至全走亦可。好彩當日行快2步,下午營業至15:00,長人龍的話,還會截龍,所以有心一試就要早點來到。廚房半開放式,用具擺放得整整有條。桌上有前菜(辣芽菜)供應,另外食越南粉麵點可以無甜醬、拉差辣醬呀。還有可愛高手教路。香料(鵝蒂、金不換、辣椒、青檸)。招牌春園河當然要先嚐嚐湯底,據知他們用到和牛去熬製,飲落帶著一種清香與香甜。半生熟安格斯板腱牛肉/慢煮牛肉條入口軟腍,有著陣陣的油脂香;而蘿蔔粒清甜無渣;最利害是他們的河粉,比出面吃到的更順滑,真的一試難忘。
