To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到我最愛的牛角餐廳~人好多.等左陣,有位,可算是LUCKY^^入到去,坐低,好快有STAFF幫手服務都幾好.拎野來都快今日叫左D牛肉,金菇... 尢魚^^全部都好好食 ,不過都要讚我地自己有位好識燒野食既朋友係到其實野食好味,都好講燒野食果個人兄既能力牛肉大多我地都唔會煮得好熟,,我諗6,7成到.細細片,入口就輕咬可食^^另外,尢魚的確正一定要叫的..^^因為好FRESH^^成台人,包括我自己都讚到拍爛手掌但都係果句..煮得好,先會好食喇但都要讚下呢到牛角好好^^
