To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五那天, 我和同事到這間素食店品嚐齋菜,很多朋友好似小妹我都是食肉獸,一聽到食齋都為之卻步,但小妹近期想食得清淡和健康一點,於是便一口答應與同事們去食素。與想像不同, 雖然是齋店,但跟平日食的菜式差別不大,我們一行人點了幾個小菜,包括有咕嚕肉,叉燒包,沙爹串燒,荷葉飯,羅漢齋和上湯浸時蔬,素菜像真度跟平日的菜式差不多,味道亦真假難分, 適合平日少食素菜。咕嚕肉炸得很脆, 外脆內軟,儘管知道是麵筋扮的,但食落口感完全分不出,味道酸酸甜甜,配上有蘋果,菠蘿和青椒等,感覺很清新和開胃。叉燒則食得出是素叉燒, 但配上包和生菜,食落很特別, 小妹很少食素,第一次食這款仿真度甘高的素食, 是一個頗特別的體驗。至於沙爹串燒,孜然味和咖哩味很濃郁, 微辣,但食不出沙爹的味道,肉質有點像豬肉或牛肉,絕對騙得到食薰的朋友。荷葉飯外表好似無料,起初我還擔心要用沙爹串燒汁來伴飯吃,但原來內有乾坤,裡面有冬菇,翠肉瓜,紅蘿蔔等材料,食落口感豐富,比想像中好味。上湯浸時蔬有菜,腐皮,白果,芹菜,杞子等都十分足料,至於羅漢齋炒麵有蓮藕,菜心,麵筋,雲耳,菇類等,還有炸麵底,味道不俗。整體而言,這餐素食食得很飽,

Other Info. : 雖然仿肉食味道不錯, 但畢竟不夠清淡,油膩感頗重, 對於想食清淡的朋友,還是建議上湯浸時蔬或羅漢齋類的菜式。仿肉食,適合食肉獸的朋友,讓他們比較容易接受素食,始終食素比食紅肉健康一點,是一個茹素的好開始。
