To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前睇到媒體報道尖沙咀登陸了一間台灣過江龍「鹿角巷」的珍珠奶茶,鹿角巷 一向標榜用料上乘,茶葉、珍珠等九成材料都是由台灣直送,今晚係尖沙咀當然要專程去買番杯飲下,晚上時分不是太多人排隊都是5分鐘左右就買到嘞。鋪頭設計都同鹿角巷個名有點意思。鋪頭的牆身以磚頭為主,牆側邊仲有一個鹿頭style 擺設。睇了飲品餐牌之後太多不同的選擇都唔知揀邊杯飲好,於是我問鋪頭店員有什麼好介紹,他說top 5 飲品之選都是很多人購買的,於是我買了一杯皇家9號奶茶加珍珠。買完之後我忘了同店員講少甜少冰,心諗會唔會好甜呢,當我第一淡飲落去時感覺有一種微微藍苺嘅味道,茶味香濃,甜味適中,珍珠很彈牙,不錯的一杯珍珠奶茶。下次都會再去試其他的款式飲品。
