星期六又可以放假, 當然要與好友鬆一鬆,較早前與她經過尖沙咀原の味已留下深刻印象,因為附近大多是中,西餐,唯獨它是日本料理餐廳,當時已經有興趣一試,可是那次趕時間在附近吃了車仔麵就離開。今晚難得好友賞臉與我這個吃貨來原の味共聚晚餐閒聊閒聊。海膽泡菜杯這是一道鮮美的前菜,在泡菜上放上海膽,再用清酒點綴。海膽很鮮甜,口感有點像滑蛋,下面的泡菜非常開胃。不要讓自己後悔,將海膽,泡菜,清酒一起吃,多重滋味,和海膽的甜味餘韻迴盪口中最好。某種程度上我十分欣賞原の味對食材上的用心,就連小食蓮藕脆片也花了心思。蓮藕脆片很酥脆,完全不油膩,平時我就很愛吃蓮藕,喜歡蓮藕的爽脆口感,蓮藕脆片鹹鹹甜甜,再沾上清新的黑松露沙律醬,酸酸微微的口味很唰嘴。這梅酒杞子藜麥麻醬沙律我們覺得太有趣才點,因為從沒有吃過以杞子作配料的沙律,杞子大多數是湯料或糖水的配角,想不到當沙律主角蠻驚喜的。杞子經香醇的梅酒浸透後,令杞子的甘甜程度大大提升,令沙律爽脆中帶點甜香。藜麥粗糙的口感豐富了沙律的層次,加上酸甜的小蕃茄,女生都不會不愛上這養生美味的沙律。玉子海帶豆腐味噌湯也太過精彩吧,打破平日味噌湯死鹹的印象,反而變得鮮度可口的
