今日同朋友到尖沙咀食飯,去到餐廳不需要等位就可以入座 。我們叫了松露起司玉米蛋餅,沙菜牛肉麵,肉鬆皮蛋魯肉飯,Oreo碎奶奶麻糬和紅豆沙豆乳 。首先是松露起司玉米蛋餅,這道菜的外皮酥脆,內餡則是濃郁的起司與香甜的玉米,松露的香氣更是為整道菜增添了奢華感。接下來的沙菜牛肉麵,牛肉煮得恰到好處,軟嫩入味,湯底則是濃郁的牛骨湯,搭配上彈牙的麵條,讓人感受到台灣的傳統風味。肉鬆皮蛋魯肉飯則是另一道驚喜,魯肉的醬香與肉鬆的香脆相互交融,搭配著滑嫩的皮蛋。而Oreo碎奶奶麻糬的口感柔軟,Oreo碎作為分隔麻薯,我們可以自行切割大細,味道不會太甜又有濃厚Oreo味。最後,我們還點了紅豆沙豆乳,甜而不膩 。整體來說,這間台式餐廳不僅菜品美味,而且新舊交融,為台式菜帶來新鮮感 。
