To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們一家人去試,裝潢設計頗好,服務也尚可接受,點了酸辣湯、家常餅、薺菜抄年糕、辣子雞丁、湯圓、小籠包等。其中要提述酸辣湯和辣子雞丁,湯內打芡過多,許多芡粉未完全溶解竟成鼻涕狀,加上湯料少到極限,似應命名為酸辣芡粉湯較為適當。對於辣子雞丁,除辣椒放的較多之外真的與KFC的味道近似,尚懷疑是否與KFC同一個中央廚房。因為埋單也是五百元,其餘菜式覺得也只能認為可以落口,唯希望老闆看到這個評論後,誠心希望能夠適時改善。現附上照片供大家參考。
