Restaurant: Cafe 100% (Tai Hing Commercial Centre)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我住喺大興邨已經廿年,基本上每一間食肆我都食過。今日我揀咗樓下嘅百分百餐廳。平時,我都選擇呢間餐廳,早餐、晚餐都有不少的選擇。價錢亦合理!講返今日,我早餐9點先食,之後做完嘢等到下晏2點半去樓下百分百餐廳食下午茶。然而我真係未食過佢嘅下午茶。我落order嘅時候見到最普遍既下午茶「黑椒牛柳炒意粉」諗住醫一醫肚。點知整出嚟嘅效果,令我刮目相看。依碟意粉少到冇朋友,我諗6歲嘅小朋都唔夠食。我問一問經理平時嘅下午茶喺唔喺呢個份量,佢話下午茶就係差唔多嫁啦!我足足食咗十啖先可以食完,你話驚唔驚?呢一次確實令我相當失望,我都唔知點樣形容呢間餐廳對食物嘅準則?
