To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假期最後一天同家人一家三口飲茶,1:15pm拿飛等,店內有5,6張中檯無人坐,但職員堅持只有5-6人才可坐中檯。結果等到1:42分才有檯,但1:45分就下午茶派飛,門口職員黑晒面,反正假日無事就多等一會吧!之後,有其他食客拿飛,未到下午茶時間,他們心大心細,有些人眼見已有廿幾三十人在排隊等下午茶,就只好飲正價,那黑面職員還如林大敵用對講機大大聲同店內職員說,"42檯入,正價,正價,mark時間,正價呀",我心想,下午茶平好多嗎,用不著那麼緊張吧!2點鐘,下午茶開始,我們進去,在檯上找不到任何價錢牌,問待應下午茶平多少,她說平d啦,再問佢小點幾錢,佢話$16.8,我話咪同正價一樣,然後佢話茶錢平兩蚊,同有碗特價粉麵 ($20..8),omg!我多等20分鐘,就是這樣。都算了,請繼續看...點心還算可以,但那個蟹粉小籠包,並沒有蟹粉,只是加了咖厘汁,令佢變成黃色,鮮蝦菜苗餃個皮林芝芝,內裡只有一粒仔如蝦米般少的蝦。到埋單,發現茶錢都是收正價,問經理,經理大大聲指著收銀櫃台上新春全日同價個牌 (那個牌全店也沒有),仲發悔氣話,如果個待應同你講平兩蚊,你自己去問佢拿番兩蚊 (那就是說那個下午茶

那就是說那個下午茶其實一毫子也無平到,根本只是等人排下隊,吸引人的手法,新年吃貴一點是預左,但我覺得佢唔應該咁騙人囉,大大方方話新年唔做下午茶就得啦,等我白白多等廿分鐘,覺得自己好似傻仔咁俾佢玩
,感覺好差! 以後都唔會再去!
