見信用咭和酒店有合作優惠,2年前去過ok, 再參考op年初食評,book了下午茶自助餐。這天客人不多,中式點心吾同左,無咗蝦餃和雪山叉燒包,加入粉菓,亦有鮮竹卷,春卷和炸鮮奶,比以前失色。燉湯冇左花膠湯換咗鮑魚椰青湯,相比中式燉雞湯較足料好飲,比較突特出係炒蜆幾大隻惹味。亞洲和西方食物吸引,有和牛瘦身多肉,星洲炒大蝦啖啖肉,煮青口漲卜卜唔會亁硬身,卡邦尼意粉收汁靚,脆炸雞翼做到脆皮而唔會乾身。魚生三文魚和吞拿魚做到油光,軟身貨質素高。如果肉質多啲鮮味更好。兩款煙和淹製三文魚好咸香。甜品最好味係芒果卷多果肉,冬甩細細個幾好食。糖水有凍紫米露,開心果露和台式涼粉。員工服務態度好好,改善地方係添加食物比較耐。因為帶長者去,佢主要想食中式點心,期望有落差。食物整體算係唔錯。
