To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次經過都見門口堆滿人龍，今次特意買外賣回公司食。環境装飾得很有情調，雖然枱與枱之間很窄，眼見收銀員和駐守門口的男服務員都很落力！講返食物，點了自選雙拼意大利蕃茄濃湯扁意粉＋煎焗流心蛋＋漢堡扒＋熱奶茶。蕃茄濃湯 － 無油，清得來有味道有蕃茄肉，應該唔係滾水開味精。扁意粉 － 軟硬度OK，味道剛剛好！可惜太少，四啖食完！煎焗流心蛋 － 很特別用煎，味道OK，蛋味濃！漢堡扒 － 和麥記的差不多，很簿但味道幾好！熱奶茶 － 味道大眾化，但size大杯過一般快餐和西餐廳。總括來說，價錢不算貴，食物不夠熱，當下午茶食係OK的！但等候時間較耐，趕時間的絕對不建議。
