To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鍾意食牛角嘅朋友都知道,牛角嘅下午茶永遠係最抵嘅套餐,因為平時夜晚散嗌都真係幾貴。 如果唔介意等晏少少先食午餐的話,食下午茶咁樣一碟都係一百蚊左右, 而且仲有無限嘅牛角飯追加,相比晚餐嚟講真係抵好多。我最鍾意就係食燒牛脷啦,不過如果可以再多少少就好啦, 將燒好既牛脷點上鹽麴, 有油花又夠香,真係好正。而其他嘅就包括 ,牛肋肉,牛腹胸肉等等嘅部位,其實都幾好食㗎,加上牛角飯真係一流。 我就比較鍾意食原味,咁可以燒咗之後,加上其他嘅燒汁,或者點鹽麴都可以, 因為有時廚房入面既師傅落咗嘅醬汁,反而會令到啲肉鹹咗,自己就自己口味就最好啦。
