To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在銅鑼灣中心地區的永年車仔麵,我已經吃了很多次,沒有一次令我失望。今次試咗下午茶,非常超值。兩餸麵配多士或油菜,仲有熱飲都只係$38!兩餸麵同平時單點的份量一樣多,唔會因為係下午茶而變少咗,多士可以選一種口味,我選咗鍊奶。多士份量都唔少,是厚切麵包。食完一份下午茶已經好飽肚。今日車仔麵我點咗粗麵配豬皮及魷魚,首次嘗試中辣。辣度十足好過癮👍🏻豬皮本身已經醃得好夠味,點上辣汁好惹味;而且豬皮好爽口,咬落索索聲。魷魚唔算好大份,都適中,口感都係好爽,不過略嫌淡味咗少少。粗麵麵質抵讚,我放咗3分鐘先食都唔會太淋,煙煙韌韌,好食!多士雖然只有一款口味,但本身多士已經烘咗,所以好香口。奶茶茶底不錯,唔會有苦澀味,但略嫌奶落多咗少少,蓋過咗茶味。
