呢間上環嘅越南餐廳新開無耐,主打越法fusion,室內裝修行復古法式越南風🇻🇳,藤椅、吊燈、壁畫及植物等配搭突顯細節位🪴,內內外外都比一間普通越南餐廳來得有高級感,價錢都相應係中上,但坐得舒服,同埋店員好熱情,不停同客人推介菜式🫡。🚗 餐廳附近好多咪錶位,weekdays晚嚟到都唔難揾位泊!1️⃣美國安格斯生牛肉 $258對比平時西餐食得多嘅Beef Carpaccio,餐廳選用安格斯牛🐂,厚身更有肉味,每塊都大大片,卷起嚟食更有咬口😋,完全吸收特調醬汁,上面撒上香蒜、炒香蔥、芫荽等,酸酸地好開胃👍🏻。2️⃣ 越南春卷 $118 店員推介小食之一,炸得香脆嘅春卷皮入面除左基本嘅粉絲,蘿蔔絲之外,仲包左蟹肉🦀。用生菜夾住食配魚露,口感層次豐富🫶🏻。3️⃣ 咖哩雞$168 ; 蒜蓉包 $30唔好睇佢細細碗,其實好多雞肉🐔,而且咖哩調得辣同椰香味balance得剛好 ,有少量洋蔥薯仔墊底,配白飯一流🍚,不過小編就加配蒜蓉包,更加邪惡惹味🤤。4️⃣ 越南火車頭$168Menu上面有幾款湯粉,但係最正宗最顯功架都係火車頭😎!牛丸彈牙爆汁,生牛肉浸入熱湯後剛好熟而嫩👍🏻,不得不讚個湯底有濃濃牛味🐮,

探店前都睇過下其他人嘅食評,有D話服務態度差但小編又唔覺喎🫢,店員好熱情咁同每枱客傾計,平日晚嚟到同朋友坐足2個鐘慢慢食😂。性價比喺呢個area嚟講都OK,更加適合夜晚dinner🍽️!
