放工去咗同朋友試上環新居酒屋。飲住sake,氣氛幾好~我鍾意呢度嘅柚子蘿蔔,好好食!!食完一粒又一粒,清新爽口😋門口有個海鮮櫃,有晒當晚嘅時令海鮮,呢晚想食刺身,就揀咗深海池魚,揀完之後師傅就會埋頭起肉拆骨,轉眼就擺到靚靚喺面前。加埋order咗炙燒吞拿芝麻漬,唔同做法嘅魚都食咗🤣驚訝於Menu超多唔同種類嘅嘢食,餐廳睇落細細間,竟然有齊串燒、刺身、炸物、鍋物......燒牛舌芯、蒲燒新鮮鰻魚兩款呢晚好味嘅串燒。鰻魚厚肉蒲燒汁味濃,欣賞作燒到皮香脆。而燒牛舌芯口感好嫩。 朋友就鍾意廚師長秘製吞拿魚下顎,因為其他地方比較少食到。後來追加嘅三元黑豚腩串同燒阿波尾雞翼都係熱辣辣上枱,調味正常,呢個時候,我已經掛住食充滿牛油味嘅燒蕃薯了。五卵卡邦尼烏冬五卵係指明太子、海膽、烏魚子、三文魚籽同溫泉蛋,個配搭幾得意。因為而家好多新派居酒屋都有卡邦尼烏冬,本身無咩期望,點知食落有驚喜,醬汁調味恰當,香濃得嚟唔膩,作為主食啱啱好,如果烏冬質地彈牙啲就好喇。最後有柚子雪芭做甜品,開心。
