To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁岩今日去灣仔演藝學院睇舞台劇,睇之前去食個午餐,有朋友推介呢一間上環嘅日式拉麵店。平日有好多客人,好彩今日嘅中午時段不是太多人,唔需要等位,一於食呢一間同一般日式拉麵店差不多,自己選擇湯底,再選擇埋叉燒,有肥叉燒同瘦叉燒揀,再揀埋配料,例如蔥既多少,然後揀埋拉麵嘅軟硬度,我自己本人比較喜歡食硬一點,所以揀咗硬一點拉麵赤紅拉麵個湯底冇得頂,非常好味,而且只係小小辣,啱哂我呢d鍾意食辣但又唔食得好辣既人。個湯底味道好啱,濃得黎唔會太咸又唔會唔夠味,好鍾意佢個瘦叉燒,好有咬口,好煙靭,除咗痩叉燒之外,仲有其他配料,例如:紫菜同木耳,紫菜好香,浸落湯底到索晒啲湯底再食好好味,木耳又好爽口,拉麵亦都好彈牙同埋拉麵可以掛係湯底味道好夠整體非常喜歡這間拉麵店,尤其拉麵個湯底,非常出色,十個讚

同一般日式拉麵店差不多,自己選擇湯底,再選擇埋叉燒,有肥叉燒同瘦叉燒揀,再揀埋配料,例如蔥既多少,然後揀埋拉麵嘅軟硬度,我自己本人比較喜歡食硬一點,所以揀咗硬一點拉麵

赤紅拉麵
個湯底冇得頂,非常好味,而且只係小小辣,啱哂我呢d鍾意食辣但又唔食得好辣既人。個湯底味道好啱,濃得黎唔會太咸又唔會唔夠味,好鍾意佢個瘦叉燒,好有咬口,好煙靭,除咗痩叉燒之外,仲有其他配料,例如:紫菜同木耳,紫菜好香,浸落湯底到索晒啲湯底再食好好味,木耳又好爽口,拉麵亦都好彈牙同埋拉麵可以掛係湯底味道好夠
