To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日日排長龍的茶記,究竟有什麼特別?主打港人熟悉的地道滑蛋/豬扒飯!叉燒蝦餅滑蛋飯經典配搭:彈牙蝦仁加香噴噴的叉燒,絕對是港式風味!雖然叉燒有嘅硬身和難咬,但滑蛋的嫩滑度可以補救到!加上,蔥花和甜豉油香氣滿滿,會一口接一口地食!香茅咖哩豬肉眼扒飯 +炒日本蛋香茅豬肉眼扒煮到十分軟身,不會粗糙。而且有足足3塊豬扒,好飽~咖哩汁走港式特格有少少辣,好惹味!炒日本蛋更是無得輸,又滑又嫩!另外有一樣值得讚的地方就是飯餐配上了入到口的沙律菜,均衡少少,也能減輕罪惡感!跟餐的港式奶茶茶味香濃更不會太苦澀,也算是滑口。

經典配搭:彈牙蝦仁加香噴噴的叉燒,絕對是港式風味!雖然叉燒有嘅硬身和難咬,但滑蛋的嫩滑度可以補救到!加上,蔥花和甜豉油香氣滿滿,會一口接一口地食!

香茅豬肉眼扒煮到十分軟身,不會粗糙。而且有足足3塊豬扒,好飽~咖哩汁走港式特格有少少辣,好惹味!炒日本蛋更是無得輸,又滑又嫩!另外有一樣值得讚的地方就是飯餐配上了入到口的沙律菜,均衡少少,也能減輕罪惡感!
