To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳乾淨舒適。同朋友各點了一人套餐，各有主菜配小食，各配白飯/菜飯/湯麵酸辣湯十分足料，酸辣味均勻。菜膽獅子頭肉質軟腍鮮甜。上海麵煙韌，湯底清甜。上海春卷口感香脆，餡料新鮮。鱔糊爽滑，配上芽菜及韮黃口感豐富，醬油惹味。擔擔麵麻醬濃郁加上辣油，風味十足。餛飩足料，餛飩皮薄滑，蝦仁爽口元貝鮮甜。薺菜及豬肉比例各一半，薺菜清新，內裡肉汁鮮甜唔油膩。 十全養生湯大大碗，響螺味鮮甜加上濃濃雞味，飲完唔會口渴，足料無味精。
