我鍾意食上海菜,今日約左朋友黎呢間餐廳食我鍾意既上海菜。菜式選擇好多,最後我地選擇左以下菜式。雞絲粉皮:煙煙韌韌的粉皮拌以雞絲、青瓜,開胃消暑,而且呢碟粉皮加左少少辣油,好野味。水煮牛肉:肉片嫩滑易嚼,搭配上爽口黃豆芽,仲有薯粉,好煙韌;整碗水煮牛肉辣中帶麻,麻中帶香,愈食愈過癮。炸饅頭:口感香酥脆爽,好食仲唔油膩,配練奶冇得輸。紅燒茄子:皮薄肉厚的茄子,吸收左醬汁,口感軟嫩。仲有肉片,同樣吸收左醬汁,一樣好食。
