收工了,做左成日要食餐好,同事提議去尖沙咀樂天皇朝食上海菜,餐廳卡座位坐得舒適,菜式美味,食過一定翻尋味。松子桂魚:用桂花魚起骨,魚身鎅花,再以大火炸至金黃香脆,最後拌以糖醋汁上碟,魚肉外脆肉嫩,入口酸酸甜甜,非常開胃。話梅元蹄半隻:元蹄用濃油赤醬炆到又林又入味,最美味是元蹄的皮,超級林滑Q彈,一口咬下去,滿口都是骨膠原,元蹄肉質有口感。原味小籠包:樂天的小籠包好出名,有多款味道供客人選擇,但我始終喜歡原味,薄薄的包皮,包住新鮮豬肉餡料,包内重有湯汁,鮮味十足,配埋薑絲和醋,更加美味!楊州炒飯:足料有穫氣,飯粒粒分明,蝦仁爽口。炸饅頭:即炸饅頭熱辣辣,外脆內軟,點D鍊奶,脆口味甜好好味。
