To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中菜入面我最鍾意就係上海菜其中一個最大原因就係—小籠包小籠包要好食都唔易㗎皮唔可以太厚太硬唔可以一夾就穿身為一個唔怕熱嘅大口妹夾住點完醋加兩片薑然後一啖放入口最滿足🥢336上海小籠包($38*)👉🏻前排去左尖沙咀isquare嘅「上海婆婆336」👉🏻佢地嘅小籠包都做得不錯👉🏻好夠熱大大粒多湯汁又唔會穿底滿足除左小籠包之外仲有我都好鍾意嘅🥢参参陸酸菜魚($188*)👉🏻佢地嘅酸菜魚份量唔細魚片夠滑厚薄適中👉🏻除左煙韌薯粉同酸菜之外仲有薯仔片、萵筍、蓮藕等配菜👉🏻味道微辣啱哂而家嘅天氣食用🥢鎮江肴肉($68*)👉🏻小食之中我覺得鎮江肴肉好特別 👉🏻食落好似鹹鹹地嘅啫喱咁點醋食香口又開胃🥢高力抹茶👉🏻最後就緊係要點番道甜品作總結👉🏻336係傳統嘅發揮小創意一改傳統豆沙餡而係用抹茶雪糕代替 👉🏻熱熱地嘅外皮包裹住慢慢溶化外層嘅冰凍雪糕口感好刺激
