To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上海婆婆 : 竟然衰在接待員手上

位處 i Square, 幾方便, 店嘅面積都幾大, 設計時尚, 坐得舒服, 環境唔錯.Book 位時, 聽電話阿姐頗為晦氣, 語氣不佳. 晚餐當日準時到達, 門口接待員望一望登記簿, 就話冇訂到, 跟住就唔理, 想行開, 咁我就自己揾, 好快就揾到, 接待員竟然巴閉成咁, 都算大開眼界!!2 人團購餐有小籠包, 內有湯, 味道OK. 雞絲粉皮, 不過不失, 味較淡. 上海炒麵, 味道適中, 口感可以. 高力豆沙, 唔錯, 但係細粒咗d.樓面侍應係全女班, 服務幾好, 有禮貌, 會主動加茶.結論 : 上海婆婆真係衰得唔抵, 竟然衰在接待員手上! 大家都知啦, 服務同食品係同樣重要架! 個喊臉係俾果位超 Hea 服務嘅接待員嘅 (唔肯定佢同聽電話果位晦氣阿姐, 是否係同一個人)!!
