食日本野無論系omakase (廚師發辦) 或是teppanyaki (鐵板燒)於香港均被稱為較高尚的享受,為甚麼? 吃過你就知道的確系與眾不同,日式放題? 都系戒左佢啦! 鐵板燒其中一個養眼之處就系可以面對面睇住廚師燒製既過程- 先食前菜 - 沙律及煙肉薯蓉日本白象拔: 新鮮系理所當然,雖然原隻象拔蚌唔系甘吸引,但系經處理好之後卻系極品,味道鮮甜而且肉質脆嫩,腍中帶爽。紅酒煎鵝肝: 鵝肝配多士乃千古定律,無論是此日式,或是意式和法式,均無甚麼分別。好與壞必然系睇鵝肝既質素,其含有極豐富既油脂,咬落去只感到肉汁四濺,好juicy幼嫩,味道香濃強烈,配多士食無甘油膩。熊本縣產A5和王牛: 熊本和牛一般黎講都系脂肪比例較多,油脂感強烈,所以口感嫩滑同juicy,牛味雖香,但同澳洲和牛仍有距離,但各有其特色之處。和牛炒飯 (日本產米): 用心細賞廚師既製作步驟,食日式fine dining連炒碗飯黎食都會覺得系享受。炒飯既飯粒夠乾爽,粒粒分明,蛋漿亦如圖所示,牢牢包實每粒米飯,雖然好食,但都覺得和牛拎黎炒飯有啲浪費,太奢侈了......清酒煮蜆: 清酒清甜,唔會太濃,可以當湯飲,蜆肉鮮甜無沙
