Lemon Tea with reduced Sugar Syrup - This was decent with a good balance of tea flavours and lemon, better than expected. 4/5.Corned Beef and Egg Sandwich -I am asking you to come forth with opinions indeed ! I SOMETIMES actually do wonder how many expats in HK order this sandwich, as it is such a local dish, and if you are please do come forward and let me know!! I do suspect this might just be a fusion dish that is reminiscent of the old Colonial Ruled past in HK x Chinese culture

Corned Beef and Egg Sandwich -I am asking you to come forth with opinions indeed ! I SOMETIMES actually do wonder how many expats in HK order this sandwich, as it is such a local dish, and if you are please do come forward and let me know!! I do suspect this might just be a fusion dish that is reminiscent of the old Colonial Ruled past in HK x Chinese culture - and as HK locals become really used to the softish white bread with crusts trimmed off, and filled with pan fried and tinned corned beef with eggs.
I love this dish and this is definitely very Hong Kong, if not a bit too 1960 & 70's!

One of the most interesting observations about this shop is that they have 3 different shops with the same name selling different items. Kind of like 生記 in Sheung Wan.
