Restaurant: One Point Zero One

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個同之前有少少唔同,印象中好似無餅乾係面,餅乾本身無味,純粹淨係多左口感🍞
蛋餅依然煎到好脆口🤤

呢個就相對地淡身,只係有蒜味🧄
不過佢用左雞脾,真係滑好多佢配埋青瓜🥒
淨食真係會淡,不過要黎送上面個飯就岩岩好👌🏻
