To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日先來打風,搞到一日假期想出個街都唔可以⋯⋯今日唯有留係屋企陪下屋企人啦等到下午茶時段都落左八號波了,所以今日就行遠少少出去太興食下午茶一向都好鐘意太興既冰鎮奶茶,我都係因為奶茶先會黎食太興今日叫左兩個下午茶餐同媽媽開心share,分別係奶醬多同埋雞蛋西多士奶醬多呢類靠醬料既食物無須多講,所以淨係想講雞蛋西多士其實餐牌呢個西多士都寫明係雞蛋,但係我都唔醒水,唔為意佢無花生醬係我心目中,西多士係一定要有花生醬的!!!睇下橫切面,其實係幾靚仔,蛋漿浸完去半煎炸,金黃色但係可惜就蛋味欠奉,反而一陣油溢味,就算落左糖膠都掩蓋唔到個陣油味而且麵包吸油啦食落成口油(但係平時食其他西多士又唔會有呢個感覺)真係食得唔太開心所以下次如果我再去太興食下午茶都寧願食其他野算
