To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前已經食過2次荃灣無肉食 今次來旺角店Encore因為成日都好多人 所以一早電話訂左位6點準時來食夜晚大概7點幾鐘係最多人既時候想來食就建議早少少喇最推介係炸物通常都係炸蕃薯 炸芋頭 薯仔等等炸饅頭同埋芝士菇pizza都十分推薦期間仲一直添新野當然唔少得芝士撻係荃灣店都食過 細細件唔怕油膩一出好多人就會拎 幾搶手令我最surprise既係有涼粉同呢個水果塔因為荃灣店之前未見過 所以都好驚喜呢到甜品種類都比較多除左以上野食仲有熱葷 湯 粥 糖水同埋飲品都有好多既選擇 打破左素食唔好食既偏見如果有機會既 絕對可以來一試
