三分熟性價比超好,間店既外形好正,好似白川鄉果D屋。同朋友叫左個set,好多野食。有蟹肉茶碗蒸,面頭有滿滿既蟹肉,為蒸蛋增添左好多鮮味呀!海洋2品就有帶子,因為師傅學過法國菜既關係,賣相係有fusion既感覺,係日、法既路線,用帶子蘸上豆蓉黎食,好清新亦都好創新。焦糖蘋果鵝肝多士都好正,一啖鵝肝一啖蘋果,一d都唔油膩。鮑魚三食都好正,有超大既鮑魚,師傅片到好薄,伴埋海苔汁食,好有咬口亦好滋味,爽口彈牙。細隻d既鮑魚跟黑松露醬,都好提味,最後先食味道較濃既鮑魚肝,好好味呀!第一次食。另外我同朋友分別叫左個和牛薄燒同黑毛豬薄燒,豬就油脂多,入口即溶,牛都好好味,加埋d野菜食,一流呀!而個炒飯同miso soup都好得.甜品都好有驚喜,今日先知芝麻雪糕跟開心果碎係咁好食架!臨走見到佢既lunch都好抵食,搵日會黎食lunch呀!
