住將軍澳的好處係基本上想食咩都會搵到~今次同屋企人去食中菜,專誠嚟到康城The lohas,知道呢間中菜館食北京上海菜,仲有北京填鴨,所以過嚟試吓!我們主要點了「一鴨三食」,首先出場的是鴨肉雲吞湯:奶白色的湯底配上中式雲吞和滑嫰的鴨肉,聞起上嚟特別香濃,好足料。食上海菜點少得食上海小籠包~皮薄涵靚!食的時候要小心夾起,以免弄破小籠包的皮,裏面嘅湯就會漏出來。第二食是椒鹽香酥鴨架。爆多炸蒜同洋蔥炒起來非常惹味,鴨架亦炸到一咬就脆,雖然無乜肉,但依然食唔停。重頭戲當然係烤鴨,事前已將鴨肉和鴨皮分開切片,加放在一塊塊餅上,包著八款配料(蒜蓉、青瓜、哈密瓜、火腿條等)鴨皮皮下脂肪少,食得多都唔會膩!最後仲加了脆皮牛肋條!一上菜的時候的確被嚇到,無想過呢個份量係有咁多,外層肉香脆而帶點甜,好特別,好想叫碗白飯!

最後仲加了脆皮牛肋條!一上菜的時候的確被嚇到,無想過呢個份量係有咁多,外層肉香脆而帶點甜,好特別,好想叫碗白飯!
