「辛苦搵嚟志在食」絕對啱用係我身上,今晚又去食我至愛的Omakase!😍Dinner Menu 有3款,我哋要了「鮨」$1680/位: 前菜 / 季節刺身 / 壽司 /時令酒肴(2點)/ 湯 / 水果前菜墨魚汁蒸蛋 - 上面係魷魚同蟹肉刺身真鯛捲馬糞海膽 - 已經加左鹽,不需要加豉油已經好味。新鮮帶子 - 入面有青檸汁,加埋wasabi食就最好。鰤魚 - 灸燒了魚皮,仲有柚子胡椒鱈魚白子 - 下面有酸汁,好creamy 呀!北海道銀鱈魚 - 上面有烏魚子粉鹹鹹地,加Wasabi食便可。拖羅魚腩 - 可以加多啲wasabi再加豉油食就更美味。秋刀魚 - 有小蔥,已加豉油,好濃魚味。慢煮安康魚肝時令酒肴門鱔春卷 - 加了酸汁,好脆卜卜。蓮藕饅頭 - 蓮藕刴碎,加蝦膠再炸,記得連汁食。壽司新鮮牡丹蝦 - 已經加wasabi,好鮮甜。日本象拔蚌 - 師傅拍打下令佢收縮更爽口。剝皮魚 - 上面係肝,特色係肝,魚本身不太有味。半肥瘦拖羅北海道馬糞海膽 - 好甜右口魚邊 - 灸燒後迫出魚油,更肥美。湯群翅清湯 - 好清甜。水果蜜瓜琥珀實際原來是奶凍整體👀得出師傅嘅用❤️製作,用料上乘,無論師傅或服務員
