有咩開心得過可以一路keep fit減肥但又一路食好西?呢間舖應該係為咗佢啲健身memeber而設嘅,等佢地做完gym之後可以順便食個靚飯補充翻啲營養。餐單上面列晒食物嘅卡路里,可以等你自己衡量想食邊樣野,唔驚會爆卡路里。我嗌咗慢煮叉燒+蕎麥麵+木耳(跟餐送咗碗湯),用木製餐具裝住令到成件事好健康好grand,食落都開心啲。個人幾推薦大家試下個叉燒,慢煮嘅方法令到佢一啲都唔柴好好食,而個木耳都好好食,酸酸甜甜幾開胃,但個蕎麥麵就唔太推薦,我個份可能煮得太耐個麵太淋。順帶一提,佢個半開放式廚房超靚,係外面望到就已經吸引到我入去食。
