To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺銅鑼灣食車仔麵有兩個選擇以前就食慣戲院隔離嗰間但只從永年開咗 就成為咗收工嘅飯堂每次必食豬腸,略帶肥膏的豬腸用滷水醃到入晒味腸中間的肥膏好香口(雖然好邪惡)口感好煙韌又不太淋,唔似外面啲豬腸咬極都唔爛👍🏻另外值得一讚係每碗麵都會配有少量時菜唔需要額外再用一個quota去叫菜食👍🏻抵讚今次我食微辣,佢地用嘅辣汁係類似余君益辣椒醬,唔同一般嘅麻辣醬。<br>佢仲有個會員積分app,每次都可以儲分有時可以換飲品、有時換一個餸,詳情自己去店內睇啦!
