To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日晏晝去試新野,都聽聞呢間旺角好似幾好食,所以一家三口去試試,淨係排隊都等左四五個字。入到去叫咗個日式滑蛋叉燒飯,加一杯小冰少甜嘅凍檸茶,我自己叫左個甜豉油洋蔥雞扒飯。個滑蛋叉燒飯啲叉燒有啲乾身,但味道都還可以,杯凍檸茶黎到,啲冰差唔多整咗杯嘅三份一,我都懷疑自己講得差,但係睇返張單佢真係寫得少冰少甜,吹脹!最精彩我個電視有洋蔥雞扒飯,同我喺門口見到張相好似兩回事,我係以為似蔥油雞扒嗰種,黎到點解變咗洋蔥雞扒飯,我又以為自己嗌錯,但係睇返個Menu係冇洋蔥雞扒飯的,我斗膽講句,我自己絕對煮得好食過佢!再講講啲service ,後生嗰啲總算有啲禮貌,但老一輩嗰啲就........... 總括黎講,失望!!學方東昇話齋,一試無妨,再試投降!!
