To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日難得放假,暫且放低對仔女同老婆撐枱腳,一試五星級酒店的點心。由美麗華酒店入口乘電梯,比較于迴,轉好幾個彎才到逹,我們被安排坐於房間,裏面的裝修較為普通,是次未能欣賞其美輪美奐的設計,有點失望。我們二人點了HK$228的任食點心,款式較散叫小一點,但也有較有特色鵝肝荔芋角,黑松露野菌餃。。較特別的點心有:鵝肝荔芋角,酥脆甘香,配合鵝肝簡直無得彈:黑松露野菌餃,外皮晶瑩剔透,餡內的菇、脆肉瓜與及黑松露香味,配搭得宜:沙律炸雲吞,這個雲吞上放了一點青瓜絲,感覺清新;其他如蝦餃,燒賣、小籠包等....都能有一定的水準。而另外點了砂鍋瑤柱蚊飯,竟然是用豉油炒飯,我吃了幾口還發覺有小木塊,告知服務員他的回應只是「唔好意思!」這就是五星級酒店應有的態度嗎﹖另外還有較人失望的甜品;芝麻卷,只有淡淡的,没有那香濃的味道;楊支金露更加不值一提,,只吃到點點的柚子味。甜品本是令人感覺一餐飯吃得好完滿,甜品做得不好就感覺到不夠滿足

Other Info. : 另外被安排坐位到房間,但没有一位特定的侍應招呼,每次有需要都等一段時間才有員工經過,服務好似還久一點點!
