自從喺北京食過煎餅之後,
一直對佢念念不忘!

祖籍北京既老公話,喺北京都好難搵到好食既煎餅,
估唔到今日誤打誤撞,竟然喺灣仔食到間連佢都滿意既煎餅!

開放式廚房,睇住師傅由落漿,打蛋,上甜面醬,落芫荽、青瓜絲、甘荀絲、薄脆、生菜,再捲起入袋,望到都已經流哂口水啊!
仲睇到d薄脆係新鮮炸起添啊!




孜然羊肉煎餅

外軟內脆,成個煎餅充滿住孜然既香味,羊肉亦比得好足料!
老公話佢細個喺北京食既煎餅無生菜,係依家先有,呢到個煎餅夠唔夠傳統就真係無從稽考,但係多左青瓜生菜,食落會無咁膩仲好啦
成個煎餅我都好滿意,唯一可惜係甜面醬溝得甜左d,如果片皮鴨可能比較夾!


師傅見我地食完,會問下覺得味道點樣,仲出黎送客!
估唔到一間細細既鋪仔,除左收埋令人懷念既煎餅,仲收埋左一位好友善既師傅!
